1. Introduction & Your Acceptance
Thank you for shopping with Spaqi Consulting L.L.C. This Digital Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns, refunds, and remedies for the digital products and services ("Digital Products") you purchase from us, including but not limited to software, downloadable content, digital subscriptions, access keys, eBooks, online courses, and digital media.
By purchasing any Digital Product from Spaqi Consulting L.L.C, you explicitly agree to be bound by the terms of this Digital Return Policy. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase, as all sales of Digital Products are final and non-refundable, except under the limited circumstances explicitly described below.
2. General Policy: All Sales Are Final
Due to the inherent nature of digital goods, which can be duplicated and retained after a refund is issued, we have a strict no-refund policy for all Digital Products.
When you purchase a Digital Product, you are not purchasing a physical item but a license to use the digital content. Upon completion of your purchase and successful payment, you receive immediate access to download, view, or use the product. Because we cannot retract this access once it is granted, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, accidental purchases, or if you simply decide you do not like the product.
3. Limited Exceptions & Remedies
While we do not offer monetary refunds, we are committed to customer satisfaction. In the event you encounter a significant, verifiable issue with your Digital Product that prevents you from accessing or using it as described, we offer the following remedies at our sole discretion:
a) Technical Failure or Defect:
If the Digital Product you purchased is fundamentally defective, corrupted, or unusable due to a technical fault on our end, we will work diligently to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame, we may, at our option, provide you with:
- A replacement product (if available).
- Store credit equivalent to the purchase price, which can be applied to any future purchase on our website.
- A one-time-use discount code for a significant percentage off a future purchase.
b) Incorrect Product Provided:
If, due to an error on our part, you receive access to or a download link for a Digital Product that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will rectify the error by providing access to the correct product and, as a gesture of goodwill, may offer a discount code for a future purchase.
4. What Does NOT Qualify for an Exception
You will not be eligible for store credit or a discount under the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind: You simply changed your mind, found a product you prefer elsewhere, or no longer want the product.
- Insufficient Research: You did not read the product description, system requirements, or compatible software list before purchasing.
- Technical Incompatibility: The product does not work with your specific hardware, operating system, or other software, unless the product description explicitly stated it was compatible.
- Failure to Download: You encountered download issues due to problems with your own internet connection, browser, or computer.
- Awareness of Defects: You were aware of a known issue or limitation (as posted on the product page) before purchasing.
- Request for Additional Features: The product functions as described, but you desire additional features or content not advertised.
- Minor Bugs: The product has minor bugs that do not prevent core functionality. We strive to fix all bugs through updates.
5. How to Request Store Credit or a Discount
If you believe your situation qualifies for one of the limited exceptions above, you must submit a request to our Customer Support team.
To be considered, your request MUST:
- Be submitted via email to Contact@spaqitech.com within 14 calendar days of your original purchase.
- Include your full name, the email address used for purchase, and your order number.
- Have the subject line: "Exception Request: [Your Order Number]"
- Provide a detailed, written explanation of the issue, including:
- The exact problem you are encountering.
- The steps you have already taken to try to resolve the issue.
- Any relevant error messages or screenshots that clearly demonstrate the problem.
Our support team will review your request and may require additional information to investigate. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be invalid.
6. License Revocation
Please note that if a request for store credit or a discount is granted under an exception, the license key for the original product may be deactivated, and your access to the digital content may be revoked.

We may update this Digital Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our site after any change means you accept the updated policy.
